We have an immediate need/opening of an expert in Oracle Application Developer for a fulltime in British Columbia and Nova Scotia. Experience in administration in multiple domains will be an added advantage. Join our team in a position that lets you grow with us!

Job Summary:

• Train individuals and corporate customers on Oracle applications 11i and R12, basic set up and administration.
• Good exposure in implementation and Support of Oracle Applications, E-business Suite.
• Must have involved in at least 2 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Applications 11i and R12 with hands on working experience on In Development of Interfaces and Conversion to validate and load data from legacy and feeder system to Oracle Applications.
• Good understanding of the functional flow in Oracle Application on Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C).
• Must have worked on Oracle XML Publisher reports.
• Good Knowledge in GL, AP, AR, PO, OM, INV Modules.
• Must have experience in Application System Administrator activities like Applications User Setups, Defining Responsibilities, and Value Sets, Flex fields, Data groups and Request groups, Registering Applications, Menus, Reports, Concurrent Programs and support to Apps users.
• Experience in Oracle Technology like SQL, PL/SQL, Forms Reports6i, Client-Server and Internet technologies.
• Working knowledge of Order to Cash and Procure to pay cycles.
• Good experience in the development of Interfaces and Conversions for processing and validating the input data with Oracle Applications Tables.
• Expertise in System administration, Coding Standards and API’S In Oracle Applications.
• Knowledge in CVA EST Project Development.
• Ability to execute Shell Scripts and Python Scripts.
• Expertise in Developing Procedures, Packages, Triggers and Reports in PL/SQL.
• Must have worked on Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash cycles of Oracle Applications.
• Excellent skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Reports.
• Must have worked on in new development/customization of Reports in PO, GL, and Inventory.
• Experience in Cross-Platform Environments like UNIX and Windows.
• Experience in Oracle Apps AIM document methodology.
• Expertise in trouble shooting the problems generated while building, deploying and in production support.
• Excellent communication, intuitive, analysis and leadership skills with ability to work efficiently in both independent and team work environments.
• Experience in supporting 24x7 production computing environments. Experience providing on-call and weekend support.

Key Skills Required:

• Training / Teaching experience to individuals and corporate customers on Oracle 11i and R12, basic setup and administration.

• Expert level knowledge of ERP such as Oracle Apps R12  (PO, OM, AP, AR, GL& INV)
• Expertise in Languages such as SQL, PL-SQL. UNIX (shell Scripting), Python, Hadoop Components (Hbase, Hive, Impala, Yarn).
• Good Hands On experience in RDBMS, Oracle 9i, 10g, MySQL and Oracle Reports Developer.
• Excellent BI Tools such as Forms 6i, Reports 6i.
• Expertise with other tools like Toad, SQL*Loader, SQL*Plus, SQL Developer.

• Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in highly complex systems and drive performance optimizations.

Qualifications:

• Masters in Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience
• At least 4 Plus years Oracle Application Developer experience with mission critical systems in a medium to large environment.
• Experience working with internal and external organizations solving complex problems and handling large scale projects.
• Proven ability to drive systems optimizations on large scale infrastructure.

Assets:

• Any Expert level Platform certifications.
